Irina Andernach Aguilera ist the Executive Assistant at Forte, where she is responsible for general administrative tasks. She grew up in Mexico and moved to Germany at the age of 17 to study Musicology at the University of Leipzig

Sarya Shawa is a business consultant at Forte and an ex-Data-analyst. His analytical thinking helps to refine processes and ideas in Forte before reaching the end user. In addition, thanks to his experience in his last job in a startup, he learned how to deal with the uncertainty that young organisations face.
